New Year’s is right around the corner, and for many, it’s time to start making your resolutions.
To make your own, come up with some goals for yourself to reach in the next year.
You can mark them down on a calendar to keep track of these goals.
Perhaps it’s time to get back into an old hobby, such as reading.
Maybe you want to learn how to better your health both physically and mentally — or maybe both at the same time.
