What students should know: “We only admit at a junior level-standing for transfer students. So that means having a minimum of 60 UC transferable units or 90 quarter units. Students have to complete the seven-course pattern, which is a basic set of seven courses that includes two English composition courses, one mathematical concepts and quantitative reasoning course. And then four courses from two different disciplines, which is outlined on our website, a minimum of a 3.0 or better to be eligible. And then also, depending on what major a student wants to pursue, there might be additional coursework called major preparation that they have to have completed to be eligible to transfer into that specific major.”
