What students should know: “We pretty much will take any of the courses that they took (with a grade of) C and higher, so that will transfer in seamlessly. And one unique thing about our school is we actually offer a $10,000 scholarship for students that have a 3.0 and higher for the time that they’re with us. So this could be $10,000 for one year. They’re there for two years, it’s a $20,000 scholarship. All four years, $40,000. So that’s a really nice benefit to come with us.

“Also, what’s really unique for students that are in healthcare, or are interested in healthcare, is we are the preferred school to LECOM the medical school (Dentistry, Osteopathic and Pharmaceutical), and (USK) will waive, so long as they do the curriculum with the University of St. Katherine, the MCAT (admissions exam) … I worked in graduate programs for 12 years and to waive an exam is pretty amazing.”

Extras: Application deadlines are May 15 to start in fall and November 15 to start in spring. The minimum GPA is 2.5 and tuition is $27,000 per academic year.
