The women’s badminton team remains undefeated this season in their first four matches, most recently defeating Irvine Valley College, March 9 at Irvine.
This is a good start for the team that had a disappointing loss to IVC, City’s most competitive rival, in the conference championships last year.
Sun Nguyen, head coach, has led the team to three conference championships since taking the helm and two second place conference showings, both losses to IVC.
City hosts Grossmont March 23 at 3 p.m. in the gym.
