San Diego’s 4th annual Music Thing is a 2-day event, a music conference that takes place Sept 15th and Sept. 16th at the Lafayette Hotel in North Park, which the event calls “…one of San Diego’s thriving arts communities.”

Those locations include Bar Pink, Claire De Lune Coffee ROom, Eleven, Queen Bee, Soda Bar, The Office, The Sunset Temple Room, The Whistle Stop, Tin Can Alehouse, U-31, and The Casbah.
Featured speakers for the event include Public Enemy founder Chuck D, Wayne Kramer of MC5, music business entrepreneur Martin Atkins, Casbah owner Tim Mays and many, many other music industry professionals.
