VIDEO: ‘Arte en Resistencia’ annual art show returns to City College

San Diego City College Chicano Studies department hosted its fourth annual “Arte en Resitencia” event.

The art exhibit is held at Centro Cultural de la Raza where students share the art they created in their Chicano/a Studies classes during the fall and spring semesters.

Art pieces range from embroidery to painting and poems. The artwork is based on different social issues the classes cover.

The exhibit will be available until May 16 at Centro Cultural de la Raza.
