The final days of October were filled with festivities at San Diego City College, as the campus community observed Día de los Muertos.

The campus was packed with three back-to-back celebrations for the Mexican holiday, with the City College Library, Veterans Center, San Diego Promise and student clubs M.E.Ch.A and Ballet Folklorico organizing the festivities.

Activities included fundraisers, games of lotería and traditional Aztec dances.

City Times attended the events hosted across the AH building quad, cafeteria and City College Library to capture the spirit of Día de los Muertos.
