The House of Music, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, will present “Cuba Llego,” a concert fundraiser benefiting unsheltered and at-risk youth who are part of its program.

Represented by six City Times Media students along with journalism advisor and assistant professor Nicole Vargas, San Diego City College competed in several state and conference-wide competitions, winning 17 awards. 

San Diego City College will host the virtual screening of “Maya Angelou: And Still I Rise,” beginning at 6 p.m. on Feb. 25.

According to an email sent to students by the San Diego Community College District, its mask policy remains the same. Everyone is expected to wear acceptable face coverings while indoors and outdoors on all campuses, even after California officials lifted the statewide indoor mask mandate for vaccinated individuals on Feb. 15.
