San Diego City College’s Associated Students Government held a virtual forum on Feb. 25 where ASG President Destiny Munoz-Gallegos, along with other representatives of campus, met to share the latest campus updates.

She talked about the upcoming ASG elections that are held annually during the spring semester.

The ASG is the governing body responsible for financing and coordinating different sponsored projects and programs at City College.

Munoz-Gallegos announced that applications are ready for those who want to run for a position. The application will be available from now until April 9 and can be found on the ASG website.

‘‘This is an awesome time,” Munoz-Gallegos said. “This semester’s student involvement is very crucial. That is what makes ASG work, that is what makes us run.’’

All students currently registered in classes can vote in these elections.
