The Associated Student Government held a virtual Q&A forum on March 23 to preview the upcoming elections.

In the event, President Destiny Munoz-Gallegos and other executive team members talked about their experience of being part of ASG and what the governing body does for the students at City College, such as organize and provide funding for different programs and activities.

They invite the student body to become student leaders, get involved in the upcoming elections and run for an ASG position.

‘‘We keep working really hard to stay together, to stay strong, and to be the voice for students on campus,’’ Munoz-Gallegos said. ‘‘You can help make the difference.’’

Anyone interested in running for an ASG position can submit an election packet to the Office of Student Affairs no later than April 9.

The forum will stream on the City College Student Affairs YouTube channel.
