San Diego City College’s commencement ceremony was originally scheduled at Balboa Park for May 22, but was postponed due to the statewide restriction of assembling large groups.

After receiving feedback from graduates through a questionnaire, the school has finalized their decision on how to move forward.

City College will honor its graduates with a virtual ceremony held through Marching Orders, an online presentation platform, on July 17, 2020 at 5 p.m.

Students who have applied for graduation should have received an invitation to participate in the virtual commencement ceremony via their email. Participation is optional, but encouraged.

The invitation includes steps on how to register. Students can do so by creating a password and submitting any information needed to create a customized graduation slide.
