The CTTV team has been following the story about the plane that crashed in Santee on Oct. 11. Santee resident Andrew Pelloth told CTM multimedia journalist Ingrid Estrella earlier this week that neighbors jumped into action as flames engulfed the homes (full interview below).

Ingrid Estrella also shared the latest on the new law promising bachelor’s degrees on community college campuses like San Diego City College.
