Men’s basketball season ends with loss to Antelope Valley College

The Knights’ men’s basketball season came to an end Friday night when they were defeated in the second round of regional playoffs by the Antelope Valley College Marauders 83-87 in Lancaster.

Knights’ freshman Leonard Allen was the leading scorer, with 21 points, followed by sophomore Taylor Nelson, with 19.

The Knights finished their overall season with a record of 22-8, won the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference (PCAC) South Championship title and were undefeated 8-0 in conference.
