The state chancellor's office filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos over the eligibility requirements of emergency relief funds.

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra filed an injunction against U.S. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos on Tuesday, on behalf of the California Community Colleges including the San Diego Community College District.
