Trolley, buses free on Election Day
MTS provides free transit for the entirety of Nov. 3

The Metropolitan Transit System is holding its third Annual Free Rider Day to increase voter access to the polls.
All MTS and North County Transit District buses, trolleys and train services are participating.

In partnership with Lyft, voters can enter “Ride2Vote2020” to get $1 off their ride to and from transit centers across the county.
From 3-5 p.m., MTS staff will also be at the Lemon Grove and Palomar Street stations, as well as Boulevard Transit Plaza. They will be handing out ‘Ride to Vote’ hats and tote bags.
Riders can also post to social media using the hashtag #ride2votesd and tag MTS to have a chance to win one of many gift cards to local stores.
