Enduring sexual trauma can be a scary and lonely experience, but healing does not have to be.  City Speak’s host, Marlena Harvey, explains that everyone has the power to reclaim a healthy sex life after going through trauma.

In the fourth episode of City Speaks’ Sex and Sexuality, guests Tristan Harley and Laurel Marks, two mental health interns at City College, discussed whether your therapy is talking to a professional or taking a bubble bath. Healing is different for everyone.

“Having a partner you can trust is so important,” Hartley said.
