Former ASG President joins protests for police reform

National protests have taken place over the past week, former ASG president Oscar Rendon explained the protestors want to “bring light” onto reports that black people face severe sentences and are even killed for minor offenses, or sometimes alleged minor offenses, as was the case of George Floyd.

The California Community College state chancellor Eloy Ortiz Oakley shared a video statement on social media on June 1.
