City College student Diego Zavala-Morineau holds the San Diego Community College District's "white cards," Wednesday, Feb.19, 2025. The cards are designed to be read to immigration enforcement officials who arrive on campus. The cards read: "I am not authorized to speak with you, answer your questions, or provide access to any people or facilities per SDCCD policy.
