The COVID-19 Housing Stability Assistance Program was introduced to help those living in the San Diego community pay bills they may have struggled to cover during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Three pedestrians died and at least 6 were injured when they were struck by a vehicle that drove onto the sidewalk under the B Street bridge in the center of the San Diego City College campus Monday morning.
