Local Republicans to host watch party, peaceful protest

The Republican Party of San Diego County is hosting a peaceful protest and election night watch party for the 2020 presidential election at the Legacy Resort in Mission Valley tonight.

“Come exercise your first amendment rights with our candidates, elected officials and fellow business leaders and patriots,” said the flyer announcing the events.

The flyer added that the event will feature election results, live news and cash bars.

The event is also billed “COVID compliant” and said to “use common sense.”

The event, which will be from 7-11 p.m. tonight, will be hosted with partners with Reform California, New Majority and The Lincoln Club of San Diego.
