Christopher Tapanes, Copy Editor, City Times – Fall 2021
Christopher Tapanes is majoring in journalism and will transfer to SDSU in Spring 2022.
Before enrolling in school, Tapanes was an engineer for the United States Navy. He was stationed in Rota, Spain, and the USS Portland based out of San Diego.
In his free time, Tapanes enjoys gardening, arts and crafts, and spending quality time with friends. He is a proud pet parent to a greyhound, Russian blue cat, 10 tarantulas and a boa constrictor.
He previously served as a multimedia journalist and staff writer with City Times.
