Here are some of the exciting sporting events coming to San Diego City College from March 27 to April 3.

The women’s tennis team (14-6, 10-0) finished Pacific Coast Athletic Conference play undefeated, earning its third straight title while winning 23 consecutive PCAC matches dating back in 2024.

The Knights will be playing in the PCAC singles and doubles championship at Southwestern College from April 2-3.

The men’s tennis team (10-4, 6-0) will continue in the Inland Empire Athletic Conference Championship Tournament after winning its back-to-back conference title undefeated.

The Knights have not lost an IEAC match since 2024.

The Knights will be playing at the Odus Morgan Tennis Center against opponents that will be announced soon.

Both teams have qualified for the postseason, which will begin on Tuesday, April 7.

The softball team (7-21, 1-8) is set to play a doubleheader against San Bernardino Valley (6-21, 1-5) on Saturday, March 28, at noon and 2 p.m. at Betty Hock Field

The baseball team (11-15, 4-8) will face Mesa College (10-17, 5-7) on Tuesday, March 31, at 2 p.m. at the Morley Field Sports Complex

My name is Azriel Castaneda, and this is your City Knight Sports Update, brought to you by City Times Media. 

The women’s tennis team went undefeated in the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference, winning their third consecutive PCAC championship. 

They will be playing in the PCAC singles and doubles championship matches at Southwestern College. 

The men’s tennis team finished undefeated in the Inland Empire Athletic Conference, making them back-to-back season champions. 

They will be continuing towards the Inland Empire Athletic Conference Championship tournament at home. 

Both teams are still waiting for their opponents and set times to be announced for their tournaments on April 2-3. 

The men’s baseball team will be facing Mesa College on Tuesday, March 31, at 2 p.m. at the Morley Field Sports Complex.
