Spring Break, March 30 to April 3

City College will be closed for spring break from March 30 through April 3.

Students can use this time to relax and explore events happening around San Diego during the week.

The 11th Annual Festival of New Plays, March 26-28

The City College Dramatic Arts department is hosting its eleventh Festival of New Plays, which are directed and written by City students. 

The plays will be performed in the Black Box Theater with varying showtimes. Tickets are $18 or $12 dollars for students, faculty and senior citizens. 

Knight Sessions, March 27

Music at City is hosting a live performance called Knight Sessions in C-208 from 6:30-9 p.m. 

The show will feature the music artists chxy with Bloo, Mek and JC Call in a 360-degree DJ set. 

Tickets are $5, but the event is free for students to attend.

Paid In Full Creative Studio Grand Opening, March 29

Paid In Full Creative Studio is hosting its grand opening at 1 p.m.

The event will take place at 921 S 26th St., San Diego, 92115.

For future updates on dance classes, students can visit Paid In Full’s website, where merch is also available to be purchased. 

The studio invites the community to come out and support a new space, celebrating with street vendors and dance battles.
